I accept paypal, checks or money order. I don't have a 

secure server.  If paying by check I will wait until your check clears before mailing. Paypal when it is verified.

Shipping is actual charges plus $1.00 for handling. Specify Priority mail and insurance if those are your choices.

Minnesota residents must pay 6.875% sales tax and Duluthians have that additional 1% for a 7.875% sales tax.
